Returns

Fleetwood Jewellery has a strict no returns or refunds policy. This includes Special Orders and Custom Designed Jewellery Pieces.

Shipping

Fleetwood Jewellery offers free Fed Ex Priority Overnight Shipping within Canada for online orders that are $1,000 or more. Online purchases less than $1,000 will be subject to shipping fees. We are not currently selling or shipping internationally.  Items will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. 

Price

Product prices are subject to change.  We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund a customer’s money, if we find that a price is listed incorrectly on our website.  Additionally, we reserve the right to change prices for a product to reflect fluctuations in demand and/or cost of component materials for an item, etc.

Availability

All items on the website are subject to prior sale.  Although we make every attempt to display only products that are available for immediate purchase, occasionally we may have a product that is for sale on the website that is unavailable.

Jewellery Repairs

Jewellery items that are brought in for repair are subject to inspection by a member of the Fleetwood Jewellery team.  We reserve the right to refuse repairs that cannot maintain the quality standards of Fleetwood Jewellery.  We reserve the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable.

Jewellery Warranty

It is important to have your jewellery insured in case of loss, theft, or damage.  We recommend having your jewellery checked every 6 months by a professional jeweler to ensure the integrity of the piece.  Normal everyday wear, changing the size of the ring, or altering a piece of jewellery in any way may result in worn metal and loose or lost gemstones.

Watch Warranty & Repairs

The movement on all Estate Watches that are sold by Fleetwood Jewellery or, completely serviced and overhauled customer watch repairs are warrantied for one full year from the date of purchase or repair. 

Layaway Policy

Fleetwood Jewellery offers an in-store 6-month no-charge, no-interest layaway term for all items available in-store for purchase.

 Authenticity Policy

Fleetwood Jewellery provides a professional appraisal by an independent GIA certified gemologist with all online purchases for both authenticity and insurance purposes.

Trademark Policy

Trademarks and logos of luxury jewelry and watch brands are used for identification purposes only, in accordance with "fair-use" principles, and should not construe association with the luxury trademark owners.  We are not an authorized dealer for all of the brands associated with pre-owned watches or estate jewelry that we sell.

Privacy Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Fleetwood guarantees that your information will not be sold to third parties and will be only used solely by our company. All payment information submitted to Fleetwood Jewellery remains secure.

Taxes

Fleetwood Jewellery is located in Alberta. GST, at the current rate of 5%, will be charged on all orders. 

Ethically Sourcing

The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.  The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
